Jane Goodall Institute
I had the privilege of meeting Dr. Jane Goodall in 2014 when she came to Aix en Provence, France where I was living at the time. I was deeply moved by the work that she started decades ago - researching and protecting the chimpanzees in Tanzania, protection of the environment, and humanitarian causes. In her own words “to achieve global peace we must not only stop fighting each other, but also stop destroying the natural world.” On April 3, 2014, Jane celebrated her 80th birthday. She is still doing her part and knows that if the current generation does not preserve and continue what she started, all will be lost.
If you are looking for inspiration and hope in our future, then please learn more about the myriad of projects she started or participates in.
For my part, I have been donating 100% of the sales of my paintings to her foundation. In this way, I hope that my clients can enjoy my paintings, while also supporting her foundation. These paintings are from a promotional event I hosted.
